NNS Software's principals have over 30 years experience as executive managers of major Internet and software companies and are highly skilled and experienced in a full range of technical, strategic, and creative services.

Chris Ovard, President
Mr. Ovard has a successful track record of more than 17 years of commercial software development and management experience. He has shipped three major shrink-wrapped products including FYPlan (now Hyperion Pillar), MacProject Pro, and Time Line 6 for Windows, a PC Magazine Editor's Choice winner. He has an extensive technology background in object-oriented system design and has programmed on most major PC and UNIX platforms. Prior to founding NNS Software, Mr. Ovard was co-founder and Executive Vice President of Business Development for a leading e-commerce software development and consulting firm. Prior to founding Evocative, Mr. Ovard was Vice President of Development for Time Line Solutions Corporation, a leading provider of project management software solutions. He was also Director of Engineering for Symantec Corporation and held a senior engineering position at Apple Computer. In 1988, he co-founded Pillar Corporation, a leading provider of corporate financial planning software.

Mr. Ovard has a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.

David Blair, Vice President of Product Management
For the past 12 years, Mr. Blair has been involved at every level of design, development, quality assurance, documentation, support and marketing of software products. Prior to NNS, Mr. Blair held positions as VP of Products at Time Line Solutions Corporation, Senior Product Manager at Symantec Corporation and Manager of Software Quality at Breakthrough Software. He has worked on products encompassing a wide variety of platforms and technologies from full-featured Windows based programs, to Enterprise level Client/Server solutions and Internet products. Mr. Blair has successfully managed diverse teams including Marketing, Engineering, SQA, Documentation and Technical Support. He has also participated in many press tours and presented numerous seminars around the world on a variety of Project Management software products.

Mr. Blair has a BA in Education and a BS in Audiology and Speech Pathlogy from Michigan State University.

Matthew Smyth, Director of Technology
Over the last three years, Mr. Smyth has built a successful track record of managing complex internet/intranet e-commerce and database integration projects. He was responsible for the end-to-end creation and implementation of the online purchase systems for Viansa Winery (www.viansa.com) and online e-tailer Condom Collectables (www.condomcollectibles.com). Mr. Smyth also specified and managed the development of SoarCorp.com, a leading online option trading database and analysis tool. He has technology expertise in internet/intranet application platforms like ASP and ColdFusion and enterprise SQL database systems like SQL Server and Oracle.

Mr. Smyth has a BS in Science, Technology and Society with dual foci in Mathematics and Computer Science from Stanford University and a MFA in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California.

Justin Ovard, Director of Operations
Mr. Ovard manages operations, finance and technical support in addition to being a member of our development team. Prior to NNS, Mr. Ovard was a sales and technical support specialist at Evocative, Incorporated. At Robertson Stephens Investment Management in San Francisco, Mr. Ovard was a Senior Hedge Fund Accountant where his responsibilities included daily asset tracking and valuation, auditing, and preparation of quarterly reports for 5 funds.

Mr. Ovard has a BS in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis.
